These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cata4d ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the cata4d website located at https://cata4d.cam and all associated services, products, games, and features available thereon.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of cata4d, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. These Terms were last revised on 1 January 2026.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means a registered user account created on the cata4d Platform in accordance with the registration process set out in Section 4.
• "Balance" means the total aggregate of real money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds subject to rollover conditions.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit amounts issued to a Player subject to wagering requirements and other promotional conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures applied to Player accounts pursuant to Section 4.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transaction currency of the Platform.
• "Platform" means the cata4d website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://cata4d.cam.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is unlawful or requires a licence not held by cata4d.
• "Rollover" or "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it, or winnings derived from it, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all games, betting markets, lottery products, live casino, and ancillary features offered on the Platform.
• "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-funded bet placed on any game or market available on the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on cata4d, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be a natural person of at least twenty-one (21) years of age. Persons under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering an Account or placing any Wager on the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Prohibited Territory. It is your responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of cata4d or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the Platform, or be subject to any active self-exclusion order from any gambling regulatory authority.
• You must not be registering an Account for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.

To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete personal information. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it accurate at all times.

4.1 Registration Requirements. During registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid contact number. You may also be required to select a unique username and create a secure password.

4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on cata4d. Opening or attempting to open duplicate Accounts — whether under your own name or an alias — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances therein.

4.3 KYC Documentation. cata4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer programme. You may be required to submit the following documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement);
• Source of funds declaration for deposits exceeding prescribed thresholds;
• Any additional documentation reasonably required by cata4d to satisfy its compliance obligations.

4.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. cata4d shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.

4.5 Account Accuracy. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

cata4d accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) through the following approved payment channels:

5.1 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

5.2 cata4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider or financial institution may apply their own transaction charges, for which cata4d accepts no responsibility.

5.3 cata4d reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that triggers its anti-money-laundering controls, or where the source of funds cannot be verified to the Platform's satisfaction.

6.1 Eligibility. Withdrawal of funds is subject to the following conditions being met in full:

• Your Account KYC verification must be completed and approved;
• Any active Bonus Funds rollover must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal of associated winnings;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold of RM 50;
• Your Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations, disputes, or compliance flags.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. cata4d reserves the right to require withdrawal to a bank account in your verified name where e-wallet withdrawal is not available.

6.3 Processing Times. cata4d targets the following withdrawal processing windows, though these are not guaranteed and may be affected by third-party processing times or compliance reviews:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): typically under 5 minutes after approval;
• DuitNow and FPX transfers: typically 5–15 minutes after approval;
• Direct bank wire: typically 15–60 minutes after approval.

6.4 cata4d may temporarily place a withdrawal on hold pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity. In such cases, cata4d will endeavour to notify the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

6.5 Where a Player requests a withdrawal of funds that were deposited but not wagered (a "cold withdrawal"), cata4d may charge a processing fee and/or require additional verification documentation before releasing the funds.

cata4d offers various promotional bonuses to registered Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Rollover Requirement") before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable Rollover Requirement will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Rollover requirements typically range from x10 to x20 of the Bonus Fund amount.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus. While a bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or spin is MYR 300 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

7.3 Game Contribution. Not all games contribute equally to the Rollover Requirement. As a general guide:

• Slot games: 100% contribution;
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10–20% contribution;
• Sports betting: 100% contribution (straight bets only; minimum odds apply);
• Lottery and 4D products: 50% contribution.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. All Bonus Funds and associated Rollover Requirements carry a validity period. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire 14 calendar days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any unconverted winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.

7.5 One Bonus Per Transaction. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.

7.6 Bonus Abuse. cata4d reserves the right to void any bonus and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has abused the bonus system, including but not limited to: matched or hedged betting across markets, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play designed to circumvent wagering requirements.

8.1 All games available on cata4d are governed by individual game rules that are accessible from within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a Wager.

8.2 All slot games on the Platform operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The outcome of each spin is determined at the point the Wager is placed and is not influenced by prior outcomes or any action by cata4d staff.

8.3 For sports betting markets, odds are subject to change prior to event commencement. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In the event of a void event or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the relevant market rules published on the Platform.

8.4 cata4d reserves the right to void any Wager placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of bet placement, or where the odds were manifestly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error.

8.5 Live casino games are provided by independent studio partners and are subject to each studio's published game rules. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, unsettled bets will be resolved according to the game's documented disconnection policy.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cata4d Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Conspiring with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Cheating Software: Using or attempting to use bots, automated wagering scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the Platform.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including but not limited to matched betting across multiple accounts, coordinated group bonus farming, or circumventing wagering requirements through hedged bets.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment credentials; initiating unjustified chargebacks; providing false identity documentation.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw proceeds of criminal activity.
• Technical Exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any other technical fault on the Platform. Any winnings derived from an identified exploit will be voided regardless of whether the Player was aware of the fault.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly facilitating access by a minor.

All content on the cata4d Platform — including but not limited to the cata4d name, logo, graphical elements, software, game interfaces, text, layout, and design — is the exclusive property of cata4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform;
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content;
• Scraping, data mining, or systematically extracting data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of cata4d's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, cata4d, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 cata4d's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 cata4d does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and unexpected outages may affect Platform availability from time to time.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit cata4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting cata4d support. Upon closure, any verifiable real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method after completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

12.2 cata4d's Right to Suspend. cata4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Player is suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• The Player's continued use poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to cata4d;
• cata4d is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order;
• The Player has been identified as a minor or has failed to complete KYC verification.

12.3 Balance on Termination. Where an Account is suspended or closed due to a material breach of these Terms, cata4d may withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms the breach, balances may be forfeited in whole or in part. Forfeited funds will not be returned.

cata4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and minimising gambling-related harm. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, accessible from your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on total deposits to your Account;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total amount you may lose per session, day, or week;
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders and session cut-offs after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform upon request — this is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

All Players are urged to gamble within their financial means and to treat gambling as entertainment rather than a source of income. cata4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will not knowingly permit access by minors.

cata4d collects and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform. The types of data collected, the purposes of processing, your rights as a data subject, and the measures we take to protect your information are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

cata4d implements appropriate technical and organisational measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption, access controls, and regular security audits — to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

cata4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, or by a notice prominently displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and request account closure.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms were last revised. You are encouraged to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cata4d holds its operating licence. The application of Malaysian law is not acknowledged or implied by these Terms with respect to the Platform's licensing or regulatory framework.

16.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between you and cata4d, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. cata4d will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

16.3 Escalation. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body identified under cata4d's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process will be provided upon request.

16.4 Malaysian Players. Players based in Malaysia acknowledge that Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over disputes arising from international online gambling services, and that applicable dispute resolution will be governed by the terms of cata4d's operating jurisdiction.
